The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which they sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made. No deadly weapon has been used in course of occurrence.
