The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death of the deceased due to nonfulfilment of demand of the motorcycle and the golden chain as the dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that earlier UD case was registered vide case No.02 of 2014 and police submitted final form in that case as sister of the complainant died due to snake bite. He further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49070 of 2021(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 submits that Annexure-3 shows that the deceased was died due to snake bite. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1605 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
