The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/325/504/506/336//307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons came at the house of the informant with variously arm when protest being made this petitioner assaulted with 'khanti on the head of the informant, thereafter Bullu Yadav and Mritunjay Kumar assaulted the informant with 'lathi'.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one cut injury has been found on the informant with a marginal abrasion on right knee joint and the same has been found simple in nature. There is counter version of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10404 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 occurrence and the petitioner's side also received injury. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No.131 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
