JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 14.11.2017, seeks bail in Bettiah Muffasil PS Case No. 363 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that duplicate Mobil was recovered from one of the portion of the house of the petitioner which was rented to co-accused Ram Babu, who has also admitted this fact while moving bail application. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bhikhari Yadav @ Vinay Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil PS Case No. 363 of 2017.
