JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard Mr. S.H.H.Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that although she figured at serial No.1 of the merit list but appointment letter has not been issued. The petitioner is an applicant for the post of Anganbari Sahayika Anganbari Kendra No. 189 in Jagarnathpur Tola village Farda in the district of Munger.
The selection process appears to have initiated in the year 2013 and after a lapse of 3 years that the petitioner approaches this Court.
Instead of seeking reply from the State I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.4215 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Programme Officer, Munger, the authority vested with power to consider any grievance arising from a selection process under the guidelines, to consider the grievance of the petitioner so taken note of above and dispose of the same by a speaking order to be passed within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction aforementioned.
