The petitioner seeks bail in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017 under Sections 30(a), 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was arrested while he was running in drunken condition and from his possession, one litre of counter made mahua liquor was recovered, for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2017.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in jail for about three months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14918 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2017.
