Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 registered for the offences under Section 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 16, 17 and 20 of the U.A.P Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to local politics. Further submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.39977 of 2022(5) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
