Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. A stolen motorcycle and parts of another stolen motorcycle were allegedly recovered from outside the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.01.2017. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Motihari, East Champaran/Successor
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15839 of 2017 (3) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 Court, in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
