The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 121 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that one Bhushan Kumar assaulted with sharp aged weapon to the informant's father and others assaulted him.

Submission is that there is land dispute in between both sides and specific allegation of assault is against Bhushan Kumar causing injury by sharp cut weapon that is cause of death of deceased and another similarly situated Kari Mahto was admitted to bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mangal Mahton @ Mangraila, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12588 of 2018(3) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 121 of 2016.
