JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanoura P.S.Case No. 172/2014 instituted under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.2(Saryug Chaudhary) has been arrested during the pendency of this application and he does not want to press the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.2. The informant has alleged that the marriage of his sister Madhuri Kumar(deceased) was solemnized in the year 2010 with co accused Bijandra Chaudhary. After marriage the in-laws family

On 12.06.2014 co accused Bijendra Chaudhary called on mobile of informant that your sister is ill. So informant along with his family members came at deceased in-laws house but the door was open and no one at the house. After that informant has come to know from near by people that her sister has been killed by her in-laws and criminated the dead body of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.3 that they have no criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that petitioner no.1 is the Dewar of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is the Gotni of the deceased. It has been further submitted that the petitioners are living separately On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner no.1 (Chhote Chaudhary) and petitioner no.3 (Shila Devi @ Dharam Shila Devi),in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sadanlal Priyadarshi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Masaurhi, District- Patna in connection with Dhanoura P.S.case no. 172 of 2014, subject to the conditions as
