JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2018 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is covered by a judgment dated 19.2.2018 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1421 of 2017.

In view of the agreement of the parties, the present case is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 19.2.2018 and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the said judgment and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today.
