1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that petitioner along with two other accused persons in connivance, fraudulently took Rs.2,25,000/- from him in name of sending him abroad for working as a mason but he was sent as a painter. The learned counsel submits that the informant

No.41640 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 falsely alleges that he was assured that he would be sent abroad as a mason (Tiles worker) rather he was assured that he would get a job abroad, and accordingly, the informant went to Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a painter for two years and after coming back from Saudi, the instant F.I.R. came to be instituted.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.110/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
