JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 If the pension is already being received by the petitioner then there is no reason why the gratuity would not be paid. Both PPO and GPO are sanctioned simultaneously. Petitioner must approach the Treasury Officer concerned to sort out the issue, if any. The Treasury Officer is also directed to ensure that whatever impediment, if there is any, is removed with the cooperation of the petitioner forthwith so that the petitioner can derive the benefit.

So far as earned leave is concerned, the same has already been sanctioned. The monetary benefit of that must be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
