It appears that there was settlement between them. However, counsel for the Informant submits that despite the settlement the Petitioner once again is misbehaving with the Informant.

Be that as it may, in view of conflicting stand that there has been no compromise, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

However, it will be open to the parties to even now settle the dispute if they so want and file such a Petition in the Court below.
