JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9829 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 11.03.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.
