Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 26.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22034/2021.

The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed and the case is running at the stage of evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
