The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 7.8.2013 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2011. On appearance of the Opposite Party No. 2, the submission is made that the trial has proceeded and the Prosecution case has already closed as against the husband. Finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
