The office order to this effect is bearing Memo No. 965 and is dated 20-06-2022 (Annexure- E to the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Respondent No.4).

3. In view thereof, he submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
