20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
The dispute, as it appears from perusal of the complaint petition which was transmitted to the P.S. concerned for registration and investigation in terms of Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. speaks a dispute with regard to share as well as questioning the registered partition deed and in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Ram Bahadur Singh, Mithilesh Kumar Singh @ Mithilesh Singh each are directed to be released on bail on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in the event of their surrender or arrest within four weeks from today in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Braham) P.S. Case No.3 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in terms of condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
