JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-11-2023 In view of the information furnished in the counter affidavit saying that police has already submitted Police Report bearing no. 216 of 2022 dated 25.06.2022 and police report no. 220 of 2023 dated 30.04.2023, the investigation has already come to an end, hence no direction need be issued in the present writ application.

2. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the investigation of the case, he is at liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with law.

3. The petitioner who is the informant of this case has raised an issue of security. He may approach the Superintendent
