2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Koilwar (Gidha) P.S. Case No. 467 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/ 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution, one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39571 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar (Gidha) P.S. Case No. 467 of 2022.

7. This is also subject to the conditions that (I) the petitioner shall mark his presence in Koilwar (Gidha) Police Station, District- Bhojpur, Ara on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.
