2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - (i) That the letter no. 160 dated 28.01.2016 contained in annexure-11 may be quashed.

(ii) That the respondent may be directed to send the meter for examination in the presence of petitioner and inform the report to petitioner on time so that the petitioner may take appropriate legal step.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that statutory remedy by approaching the CGRF is available under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act for redressal of her grievances.

4. This Court therefore, is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum with an appropriate application for redressal of her grievances. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
