The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner.
