2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bairiya P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 334(1), 303(2), 324(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 16.07.2024 at about 6:58 PM, the informant, who is Branch Manager of the bank, received a telephonic information from the landlord of the branch that main gate of the branch is lying open and thereafter, he informed the police and police came on spot and found some of the articles like laser printer, router, three locks, gun of security guard are missing, whereas CCTV camera, Godrej almirah, inverter etc. have been damaged.
4. Petitioner is not named. Name of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40164 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got four criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
