The petitioner is accused in connection with Trial No. 3088 of 2017 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 registered under Sections 420,379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court by order dated 08.02.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 49511 of 2016 granting liberty him to renew his prayer after framing of charge vide annexure 1 and now the charge has been framed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S.
