The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 364A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 4.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no.20415 of 2020 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. It is submitted that it has been 1 year 3 months since passing of the said order dated 4.12.2020. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2019 and undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the liberty granted to the petitioner in the aforesaid order of rejection dated 4.12.2020 (Annexure-1), the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case no.158 of 2005 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran.
