The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 324, 327, 379, 307, 420B, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the record, it transpired that it is a case of civil dispute. Complainant has already filed a civil suit and petitioner has already appeared in the civil suit. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36227 of 2019(2) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7th, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1176 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
