JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to GA No. 12 as well as Sri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 and 6.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 9284 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 21.4.2015 due to non -prosecution.

In the petition it has been indicated that the earlier counsel, who was pursuing the writ petition had left practice and as such, on the date when the case was called out, there was nonappearance and the case stood dismissed and after noticing this fact, the petitioner approached the present counsel and this petition has been filed.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the restoration

Let CWJC No. 9284 of 2008 be restored to its original file.
