Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 489(A), 489(B) and 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counterfeit Indian currency was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The same has been established on forensic examination. Petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released after completion of one year of custody if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
