In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 628 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the Informant was settled and, in consequence thereof, the ring ceremony was done. During that period, the other parties had given cloth, watch, golden ring and Rs. 10,000/- to the

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are ready to return the amount including all materials which were given to the bridegroom at the time of ring ceremony.
Looking to the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail for a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 628 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled. It is made clear that within the aforesaid period of six weeks, the entire material must be handed over to the Informant before the court below. If the materials are handed over, the
