2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner alonwith other co-accused persons is accused of committing theft.

4. The petitioner is said to have committed theft. He is accused in six more similar and serious cases. He is in jail since 02.01.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
