The petitioner seeks bail in Kothi P. S. Case No. 67 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. It is alleged in the written report that on 24.12.2018 father of informant had gone to his under construction house for sleeping with Harihar Paswan. On 25.12.2018 at about 6 A.M. informant went to his under construction house and found the door of the house was opened. His father was lying on bed with injury on his jaw. Informant raised suspicion against this petitioner and other accused persons in committing murder of

The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Sherghati, Dist-Gaya, in connection with Kothi P. S. Case No. 67 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
