Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 411 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2015 with allegation that idol was stolen away by the petitioner from a temple. The FIR is against unknown and only suspicion is there against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Supaul/successor Court in connection with Pipra

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8304 of 2017 (4) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Police Station Case No. 47 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
