The petitioner renewed prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.12 of 2007 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201, 364, 302, 109, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

The accusation is of kidnapping and killing granddaughter of the informant. The petitioner is named in the FIR with specific accusation of kidnapping.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's prayer was rejected on 06.08.2013 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.32502 of 2013. Now, the prayer for anticipatory bail has been renewed on the ground that co-accused persons have already been acquitted.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50281 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of three weeks.
