For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Arvind Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Anusuiya Jaiswal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.38033 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date not a single witness has been examined and he is in custody since 10.7.2016.
