JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,483 and 486 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 103 and 104 of Trade Mark Act and sections 63 and 64 of the Copyright Act. From the shop of the petitioner, duplicate Dabour oil along with Dabour Anwla oil, stickers and empty bottles were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was present at the shop but he was not being apprehended and maliciously the case has been lodged. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19879 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mairawa P.S. Case No. 194 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Siwan.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
