2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Vide order dated 28.07.2023, a report was called for from the District Magistrate, Gopalganj as to whether the petitioner has given complete accounts of the amount of Rs.26,87,500/- which has been allegedly misappropriated and embezzled by her with the Panchayat Sachiv and whether she has handed over the charge of the cheque book, cash books etc. to the present ward member.

4. In compliance of the aforesaid order, a report dated 06.01.2024 sent by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj is at flag 'A' to this application. In the report, it is, inter alia, stated that after filing of F.I.R. the work has been completed.
5. Considering the report of the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
