2. The defect(s), as pointed out by the office has been removed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the hard copy which is taken on record and the office is directed to verify the same.

3. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order dated 2.7.2021 passed in B.P. No. 881 of 2021 by the Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed this application on the ground that the opposite party no. 02, after grant of bail, is threatening the petitioner to withdraw the case.

5. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali for redressal of her grievances by way of filing an application and if the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali finds substance in the application of the petitioner then he will take all steps for protection of the petitioner in accordance with law.

6. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the case arising out of Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 within one year from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
