Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant went traceless when co-accused Rajesh Kumar Sharma who used to teach the victim has taken her on the motorcycle of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no motorcycle as such. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with K.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22225 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Nagar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnia. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
