The Petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that 6 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the orchard of this petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 11.11.2016.

It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Keeping in view the clean antecedent and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11510 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 period spent in custody by the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 426 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
