ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 19.01.2018 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 26/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely a driver of the vehicle which is alleged to have been stolen by one Chandan Kumar and who had given the petitioner to drive the said vehicle on the monthly wages of Rs. 4000/-. It is further submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the stolen vehicle and is merely a driver and has also no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19999 of 2018 (4) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 26/2018.
