Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1(i) of the present application on behalf of the petitioner: 'For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter contained in Memo No. 1 of 2015 dated 15.4.2015 by which the petitioner has been terminated from service on the ground that certificate of the petitioner issued from Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi is not valid, such notification has been made in the light of letter No. 512 dated 11.3.2015 issued under the signature of respondent no. 3 without any show cause notice and without hearing the petitioner."

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5129 of 2016(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari within the statutory period in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
