Petitioner is accused in connection with Sabour P. S. Case no. 178 of 2016 registered under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the F.I. R. His name has transpired in course of investigation on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2016. It is further submitted that charge has been framed in this case.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7740 of 2017 (3) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case and charge has been framed in this case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P. S. Case no. 178 of 2016.
