JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction be issued directing and commanding the respondents to continue with advertisement issued in year 2020 for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahaika for Anganwari Kendra no. 310, Ward no. 9, VillageSuratpur, Panchayat Harchanda, Block-Kanti, District-Muzaffarpur and thereby conduct Aam Sabha for
Patna High Court CWJC No.15333 of 2021(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the same since authorities have themselves admitted that publication of Advertisement in year 2021 was a mistake and also in centers nearby in similar circumstances they have made appointment on basis of 2020 Advertisement but this particular centre is being discriminated."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
