Patna High Court CWJC No.9235 of 2023 dt.12-09-2023 2/2 submits that taking into consideration the order contained in Memo No. 923, dated 25.06.2022 (Annexure-9), the writ petition has been withdrawn by the respondent No.5 the Regional Deputy Director Education, Koshi Division, Saharsa vide memo No. 1075, dated 09.09.2023.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is, therefore, entitled for payment of all retiral dues, including the pension, in accordance with law for which payment be made within a period of four weeks from the communication of this order. In case the petitioner finds it proper, he may represent before the appropriate authority for facilitating the redressal of retiral dues payment in accordance with law in view of Memo No. 1075, dated 09.09.2023, which has been issued in compliance of the communication contained in Memo no. 2059, dated 09.09.2023.

5. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
