2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 324(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of assaulting the victim causing injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are agnates and reside in front of each other and on account of provocation, some scuffle has taken place in between the parties resulting into injuries on both sides. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40245 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 petitioners are in custody since 17.03.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned Court in connection with Belhar P.S.
