JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the accused persons came variously armed when the petitioner Ajim Miyan assaulted on the head of informant's son and petitioner no.2 Md. Salman wrapped the towel on the neck of the informant with intention to kill him when all the accused persons assaulted the brothers-in-law of the informant and also demanded extortion.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature and there is counter version of the occurrence also. A statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
