JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Compalint Case No. 3141 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the marriage of the complainant was solemnized with the petitioner six years ago, earlier in-laws kept her well but later on they have demanded rupees one lakh and motorcycle and due to non-fulfillment of their demand the complainant was tortured in various manners and ultimately she was ousted from the matrimonial home after keeping all her belongings.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which may be released in favour of the complainant.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit amount of Rs. 1,000/- each month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the complainant, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 3141 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
