Having considered the submission of Mr. Jha and taking note that this issue has been raised by the petitioner before the respondents as manifest from Annexure 7 and has been acted upon when the General Administration Department has directed the District Magistrate, Arwal to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law at his
Patna High Court CWJC No.8698 of 2016 (2) dt.06-08-2018 level, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Arwal to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order to be passed within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
