JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2019 The entire retiral dues of the petitioner has been sanctioned and only gratuity is remaining to be paid for which certain documents are required to be submitted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would submit the necessary documents within a period of one week from today whereupon the Treasury Officer, Bhawanipur be directed to make payment of the gratuity amount within a stipulated time period of two weeks. It is directed accordingly.

As regards the payment of the pension amount, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 4

Patna High Court CWJC No.12720 of 2019(3) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 4 within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
